Help with viewing this site

This section gives you instructions on how you can change the look of this site to make it easier for you to read. You can make the text bigger, change the colours or just change the site to text-only. The instructions are different for the two main types of browser, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. The help facility on the toolbar of the browsers also contains information to assist you.
